To request an order, buyers must email us their:

1) Name and shipping address

2) Email address (for AlertPay invoice to be sent)

3) The desired product (and quantity), and

4) An Intended Use statement that clearly states how each item will be applied in research. The statement cannot simply say "Not going to consume" or "To broaden scientific knowledge". It should be as concise and specific as possible, stating the exact manner in which the order will be used.

5) If tracking is desired, then the buyer must specifically request it (U.S. orders only). An additional $3.00 will then be added to the order total, and the USPS Certified Mail tracking number will be emailed to the buyer once the order has shipped. If the buyer makes no mention of tracking, then orders will be shipped by regular United Stated Postal Service First Class Mail. PLEASE NOTE that Certified Mail tracking is NOT available to Canadian customers, as USPS Certified Mail cannot be sent internationally. Also, Certified Mail requires a signature for delivery, and cannot be delivered otherwise. Other shipping services, such as USPS Priority Mail ($5) and Express shipping ($20), are also available (at the buyer's expense) if specifically requested.

Once an order request is approved, the buyer will receive an email requesting payment through AlertPay. We accept AlertPay payments as our primary payment method, since PayPal has been randomly prohibiting the sale of many legal research chemicals since the middle of 2009, and they closed our accounts with them in the process. We also accept postal money orders, Western Union, and cash payments. As soon as payment is received, the order will ship (usually within 24 hours), and the buyer will be notified of the shipping date.
