To request an order, buyers must email us their:

1) Name and shipping address

2) Email address (for AlertPay invoice to be sent)

3) The desired product (and quantity), and

4) An Intended Use statement that clearly states how each item will be applied in research. The statement cannot simply say "Not going to consume" or "To broaden scientific knowledge". It should be as concise and specific as possible, stating the exact manner in which the order will be used.

5) If tracking is desired, then the buyer must specifically request it (U.S. orders only). An additional $3.00 will then be added to the order total, and the USPS Certified Mail tracking number will be emailed to the buyer once the item has shipped. PLEASE NOTE that Certified Mail tracking is NOT available to Canadian customers, as USPS Certified Mail cannot be sent internationally. Also, Certified Mail requires a signature for delivery, and cannot be delivered otherwise.

Once a request is approved, the buyer will receive an email requesting funds for the order through AlertPay. As soon as payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped. We accept AlertPay payments as our primary payment method, since PayPal no longer allows the sale of research chemicals. We also accept postal money orders, Western Union, and cash payments. All orders will be shipped by United Stated Postal Service First Class Mail. Other shipping services, such as USPS Priority and Express shipping, are available (at the buyer's expense) if specifically requested.
